COMPUTERIZED HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM

A proactive management tool designed and developed by human resource professionals and software experts to manage organizations’ human resources information effectively and accurately.

A comprehensive management solution to manage your most important asset – Your PEOPLE & improve efficiency in your organization.

1. Precision in the Administration of Employee Records

The HRIS’ “Personnel Information Management System” (PIMS) was designed to provide a complete Employee “Demographic” Personal Record for management to appreciate the Employee’s family structure. It also contains the complete History of the Employee during his service in the Agency or Company.

The Personnel Information Management System Module has a complete demographic of an employee, complete digital archiving of documents, monitors the employee’s training, and tracks employees’ health records. This module stores all the Employees’ Records accurately.

2. Accurate Recording of Employee’s Daily Attendance

The Outstanding feature of the Payroll System Time and Attendance is that it is compatible with any Time-Capturing devices such as Biometric, Card, Face Recognition, and any other type. The Attendance data is imported into the DTR. The system has a unique pre-processed “Attendance Code” that classifies the attendance requirements of Employees for fast Time & Attendance Processing.

The unique “Attendance Code” gives the Agency flexibility in its talent management. The  DTR data is color-coded to reflect the status of the daily entry. If the Time Capturing device breaks down, the system can revert to the “Auto-Present” mode, on a temporary basis.

In multiple Shift Schedules,  the system’s DTR recognizes each Employee’s Approved Shift Schedule and the corresponding time that represents either “Overtime” or “Under Time”, “AWOP” and “AWOL”. If it is a policy, the system can also recognize Overtime rendered before a Shift Schedule begins. A Dashboard is displayed in the DTR Summary showing the aggregate Time rendered by an Employee for easy viewing.

3. Automates Payroll Processing, Employee Benefits, and Compensation with Speed Accuracy

The Payroll Processing under the Payroll System manages the computation of income and mandatory deductions and posting of loans, including gross pay and net pay. It is fully integrated with Employee 201 Files, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Management. The Payroll can be linked to the client’s Bank for export to their ATM system.

4. Multi-level security features that log all activities of the users and an Audit Trail that tracks the changes made in HRIS Data

The System Manager of the HRIS provides a multi-level security feature that logs all the activities made by the users. This allows filtering of users by group/roles to the different components of the system.

The Audit Trail function of the HRIS helps in tracking all the changes made. The Access to Employee Record and changes made is automatically recorded in the Audit Trail including the Name of those who log in.

5. Efficient compliance with employee’s performance and competency standards

The Performance Evaluation and Appraisal Review System (PEARS) provides effective monitoring of Employees Performance Appraisal and automation of Performance and Competency Analysis Reports.

The Criteria Build Up of Competency maintains the different criteria for different positions. All the elements for evaluation of a Personnel’s Performance are preprogrammed for an automated Performance Evaluation. The client can build as many criteria as required by their operations.

Displays the dashboard containing the Succession Review for each division. Each division shows its potential successor/s, required tenure and age, required performance rating for the last three years, the highest level attainable (the position and likelihood), and required educational background. It also displays the nominees for each division, together with their tenure, age, readiness level, and classification of the incumbent for analysis.

With the Automated Performance Evaluation Complying with the Government Standards the PEARS automatically computes the overall performance based on the defined criteria.

6. Fast Generation of Reports needed in Compliance & Submission to Government Agencies

The Human Resource Information System has a functionality of fast generation of reports needed in compliance with the Reportorial Requirements of the National Government and the Agency itself.

7. Administers the different Table-based Data and values required in different modules of the system

Managing the Table based Data needed in the different modules of the system is one of the main features of the System in providing a more efficient Human Resource Management.
