COMPUTERIZED TREASURY OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM
It is a powerful Computerized system that manages the automation of Treasury Operations and various financial responsibilities from the Recording of funds to the handling of collections. It manages the disbursements of local funds with ease and precision.
1. Automated Viewing of Reports of Accountability for Accountable Form
Reports required by the Treasury Office such as Field Collection, Report of Check Issued, Report of Accountability, Report of Collection, Report of Collection, and Deposit can be managed & produced accurately and instantaneously in this module.
2. Automated Viewing of Total Remitted and Unremitted Collections
The Collection Module easily facilitates the recording of collections from taxes and revenues received by collectors and the Local Treasurer. Collection Module also covers the recording of collections of the LGU for Special Accounts, Real Property Tax, Business and Miscellaneous, and Building Permits It is also used for the viewing of Total Remitted and Unremiited Collections.
3. Automated Generation of Daily Cash Deposits
Automatic generation of Daily Cash Deposit reflected for the executive to show income of the LGU/Agency.
4. Identifies Overpayment in previous Collection and automatically deducts for the next payment
The System can accommodate both Cash, and Check Payments and detect if the Payment has Overpayment. For Overpayment, TOSS will automatically forward it to the related System and will automatically be deducted to the next Assessment.
5. Can be Integrated to other Revenue Generating Systems
The TOSS can be integrated into the other systems of Geodata which includes the following:
- PATAS Property Assessment and Tax Administration System
- TITAN Online Integrated Business Permit System
- XERSYS Online Integrated Building Permit System
